OUR PROCESS
ENQUIRY + QUOTATION
Following your enquiry we will send you a customised quote within 24 hours and hold your date for up tp 72 hours.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once your deposit is paid and contract signed, your wedding date is secured and we schedule a date for your bridal makeup preview appointment.
BRIDAL MAKEUP PREVIEW APPOINTMENT
Your bridal makeup preview takes place at a recommended point of between 4-6 months prior to your wedding, when we create your bespoke bridal look.
FINAL CONSULTATION
We have a final phone consultation one month prior to your wedding date to confirm all details and your final bridal makeup timeline for the wedding morning,

An exceptional bridal experience throughout your wedding journey is at the very heart of our commitment to you. We will be on hand to support and guide you along every step of the way. In the months leading up to your wedding we work behind the scenes to liaise with your hairstylist, discuss individual makeup preferences with your bridal party and create your wedding morning makeup timeline, allowing to you to simply sit back and relax, knowing that every detail has been taken care of in advance of your special day.

For this reason we only take on one wedding per day, and always bring an additional artist for bridal parties of 6 or more. Your bridal makeup
preview appointment
Once your bridal makeup booking is confirmed you will be sent an invitation to book in your preview appointment. We recommend that this is booked for 3-4 months prior to your wedding day. where possible.
During your preview we work closely together to discuss your ideas and inspiration for your bridal makeup, select the best products for you and create your look. We then check in with you 1-2 days later to see if there are any changes you would like to make.
Bridal makeup previews take place at Demi's home studio in Harlow CM20, which is just off the M11 and under 20 minutes on the Stansted Express train line from Tottenham Hale. Previews are available on Thursdays and are subject to Demi's availability during peak spring and summer wedding season.
Frequently asked questions
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ENQUIRE?
Our brides are currently enquiring and booking in as far as 18 months in advance. We advise enquiring to check availability for your date as early as possible.
ARE YOU ABLE TO HOLD MY DATE?
On enquiry we hold your date for 72 hours and require your confirmation to proceed within this timeframe. After 72 hours your date is reopened to enquiries from other prospective brides.
DO YOU TRAVEL FURTHER AFIELD?
Definitely. We love to travel and are available for weddings further afield including those abroad, on request. Please note that travel fees will vary based on your getting ready/venue location.
DO YOU HAVE BOOKING MINIMUMS?
Our minimum booking requirements are Bride +3 bridal party members for Saturday weddings and Bride +1 for Sunday-Friday weddings.
ARE YOU LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY?
Absolutely. Love is love, and here at Brides By Demi we welcome same sex couples and transgender clients. We are proud to provide a safe space for all brides to enjoy luxury bridal makeup.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT T'S & c'S?
To secure your date we require a £175 deposit payment on booking, which is deducted from your final wedding day invoice. Your final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding date,
